The standard wait time is 2-4 weeks depending on capacity. If an item is for a special event and needed quickly, let us know and we can see what we can do.

If your ready-made item isn't suited to you, you can return it in perfect condition within 7 days fully tracked and the expense is covered by you.
We do not accept returns or refunds for customised items.

UK delivery is £8, Europe is £14 and to ship to the rest of the world is £22. UK is sent special delivery or Evri next day delivery and takes 1-2 days once after dispatch. Europe and the rest of world are sent tracked and take from 2-7 days from dispatch.

Yes of course! Bedding needs to be double or kingsize for most items (single some styles) and curtains needs to be at least 140cm wide and 2 meters long each. Please enquire as it really depends on the size.
