Lofty Frocks è incentrato sull'originalità, quindi la maggior parte degli articoli sono "pezzi unici" o al massimo "due pezzi uguali", il che significa che tutti i nostri tessuti sono diversi.
Tutti i tessuti sono selezionati da noi e sono principalmente di seconda mano o vintage, poiché per noi è importante mantenere Lofty Frocks il più sostenibile possibile e non creare un impatto negativo sulle discariche.
Occasionalmente acquistiamo anche rimanenze di magazzino e articoli di fine serie e a volte nuovi, ma solo in piccole quantità (sufficienti per uno o due abiti).
Una volta acquistati, li ispezioniamo e li laviamo tutti, in modo che siano già pre-ristretti, il che è molto importante soprattutto se sono nuovi.
Non esitate a chiedere se avete domande su un tessuto specifico! Saremo felici di rispondere a qualsiasi domanda possiate avere.

Everything seemed to be going great until my parcel was delayed a week… I was visiting the USA for an event…needless to say to say I led the country without the dress…the seller ghosted me once she realized the dress would not be arriving…no response to my questions regarding if the package was insured or how to proceed to be able to find a way for each of us not to get totally screwed as a result of the unfortunate situation…sometimes all one needs as a customer is to know that someone is trying to help…not with this company. 👻👻👻👻👻
Hi Ana, I’m genuinely sorry that the dress didn’t reach you in time for your event, and I completely understand how disappointing and stressful that must have been.
I’d just like to clarify the timeline. Your order was placed on 11th September with a stated processing time of 3–4 weeks. As I knew you were travelling to the USA for an event, I prioritised your order and had it made and dispatched on 18th September, just 7 days after it was placed and considerably ahead of the advertised timeframe.
Unfortunately, the parcel was then delayed in transit and was ultimately delivered to the hotel on 2nd October, after you had left the USA. I was incredibly disappointed by this too, having done everything I could to get your dress made and on its way much earlier than scheduled.
I also want to acknowledge that I did miss one of your emails while this was happening, and I am genuinely sorry for that. I run my business single-handedly and, while I pride myself on being responsive to my customers, on this occasion an email was unfortunately missed. It certainly wasn’t an intention to ignore or “ghost” you, particularly because I knew how important the order was to you.
I completely understand your frustration with how the delivery ultimately turned out, and I’m very sorry the carrier delay meant you didn’t have your dress for your event.
I have ordered two custom dresses from Jemima and have loved both. Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail, such quick turn around on the finished product, and so willing to help make a memorable piece unique to the buyer.
Absolutely love the dresses and material I chose. So well made and fit perfectly . I shall definitely be ordering again..the long sleeve dress is most certainly on my want list. Thank you so much xxx
I appreciate the possibility to order with custom measurements so much. As a plus size person it's often difficult to find clothes that fit well, and I was so happy to receive my Jemima dress, as it fit perfectly. ❤️ The communication was easy and I got answers to my questions about the shipping and ordering process quickly. All in all I'm very pleased and already have plans for my next Lofty Frocks dress!
