FAQs

How do I place an order?

Chose a style you love and chose a fabric. We are happy to assist you in making any decisions. Order via the website adding any additional changes you’d like to make to your garment ie, sleeves, length, neckline etc. Add your measurements and the fabric number in the boxes provided.

How long is the wait time from order to shipping?

The standard wait time is 2-4 weeks depending on capacity. If an item is for a special event and needed quickly, let us know and we can see what we can do.

Can I return my item and get a refund?

I do not accept returns or refunds for customised items.

Also, as a small brand I cannot accept returns on readymade items. Please make sure you measure first before purchasing to avoid disappointment.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

UK delivery is £8, Europe is £14 and to ship to the rest of the world is £22. UK is sent special delivery or Evri next day delivery and takes 1-2 days once after dispatch. Europe and the rest of world are sent tracked and take from 2-7 days from dispatch.

Can I use my own fabric, including bedding or curtains?

Yes of course! Bedding needs to be double or kingsize for most items (single some styles) and curtains needs to be at least 140cm wide and 2 meters long each. Please enquire as it really depends on the size.

Why does Lofty Frocks use vintage or preloved?

Lofty Frocks loves using vintage fabrics as the quality is super high as they have lasted this long and will last for many many more years to come. Also, they are mostly original producing a one-of-a-kind garment, which we love. But the most important reason is they have history and are given a second home so the history continues and doesn’t end up in landfills.

Do you offer a payment plan?

Yes, we do have payment plan options with klarna so you can order and receive your item while setting up a plan of 3 interest free payments. Also, Your PayPal account can do this if you have it set up.

What types of payment methods are accepted?

All credit/debit cards are accepted. All orders and reservations must be completed through the website checkout.
